This file contains a list of bugs that were known at the time of this release.

- javax.comm.SerialPort's Output Empty event does not work on serial2 or 
  serial3.

- Most, but not all, of the class initialization ordering problems have been 
  fixed.

- If a ServerSocket is closed it can not be reopened (on the same port) until 
  all TCP connections on the ServerSocket's port have been closed.
