D E S C R I P T I O N

TF IFX is a 100% pure Java 1.1 image-manipulator.

It has alot of filters and other tools which are helping you adding to a normal 2D image, high realistic effects like (chrome , gold, metal, plastic, sphere, waves, color controls, blur, 3D effects, rotate, spot lights, resize, crop ... etc.)

TF IFX reads 12 image-formats (gif, jpg, bmp, png, pcx, tga, tif, tfx**, pct, ppm, ico*, cur*) and writes 10 image-formats (gif, jpg, bmp, png, pcx, tfx**, tga, tif, pct, ppm) + HTML Generator.

The Program supports TWAIN*, which lets you communicate directly with your scanner or with your digital Camera.

It is also supporting InFrames, which allows you to work with many images in the same time.

A just-In-Time Filter Viewer helps you to see what the effect is doing (how it looks like), While you are moving the mouse over the effect name.

With PrintView you can visually enter the location where the image should be printed.

R U U  "TF IFX"

If you have Windows 98SE, ME, NT or 2000, you just need to double click on "TF_IFX.exe"

If you have Windows XP and already have Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MS JVM), you should also double click on "TF_IFX.exe"

If you have Windows XP and do NOT have Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MS JVM), please download and install this file:
http://www.fouda.de/html/downloads/ms_java_rt/msjavx86.exe.

If you already have SUN's JDK 1.1 or higher, you should click on "TF_IFX_SUN.bat" or you can start the program with:
java -cp lib\tfifx.jar;lib\arian.jar;lib\javatwain.jar -Xbootclasspath/p:lib\tfx.jar -ms64m -mx512m com.tf_ifx.TF_IFX

I M P O R T A N T

If you are using SUN's JDK 1.1 or JDK 1.2 you will get some problems with moving the windows (a Bug into the SUN's JVM).

TF IFX has been tested with Microsoft Windows 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000 and XP.

1- Pentium III with 500 MHz, or higher
2- 64 MB RAM, or more
3- (800 x 600) Screen Resolution, or higher
4- (256 colors) Screen Color-Depth, or higher
